was platted under state statute 236.16 for access "TO THE LAKE SHORE"
An attractive reason to purchase on Park Road then and recent purchasers
were also told "there's lake access on Park Road".

NOTE:  Municipal Beach and State Forest Beach (after the 1st Creek)are SEPARATED by purported "private beach" of only 12 homes.  

Beach Road is in the middle of that stretch.  Ideal Access!
